xbox disconnects

The Ping Is 30 ms . Download Speed Is 19.64 Mbps . & Upload Speed Is 5.42 Mbps. I get disconnected every few minutes or so. I have netgear CG3000-D Router and not that it will help but only my xbox loses connection to xbl when playing or not playing games.
I followed every step to fix this in every way you name it. There is no interference and this started to happen the day after I was abrutply booted offline in a league game which is common now so you should pay attention. While in black ops 2 hacker infected
me i think and every 10 minutes i disconnect. I know he was a hacker cuz he was prestige not possiblr to get. (12). Anyway i bought new router and same thing happens! please help. This is a 1 year old limited edition xbox 360 halo with 320 gigs. So please
help. I constanlty ask and get no replies... I need answers why my xbox and only it gets disconnected but ussualy if i dashboard i connect online randomly somehow. But now my xbox freezes now. I do not know if it is the hardware now but never started until
the day i got booted offline and i hope this is cioncedence cause i really spent a lot of money into my gaming equipment.

Problem with controller

Both of my controllers are also disconnecting randomly

FIFA is the main game affected suffered 10 disconnects in one half!

I do have my xbox in the next room so not sure what the range of the controllers are

I bought a new router, reset router hardware, got rid of third party headsets, no interferences what so ever, I tried to change the channel still does not work, I also tried ports but nothing, I tried to change wireless mode still no progress and the firewall
settings and same results, perimeter host thing does not work, also the clear cache and delete corrupt files, and last but not least, deleting profile and re downloading. This is a new xbox basically.

 

I have this issue as well, also have the Halo 4 edition 360. I don't have a network problem and spent hours on the phone with support doing all the BS they wanted me to do. I am not new to this, all that stuff they read off there list of "fix's" is useless
to those of us that know what we are doing.

 

I feel the same but mine randomly stopped disconnecting me but then re starts after a few hours very frustrating

My xbox constantly freezes and this started a few weeks ago at the time of that hacker. I might need to even find a w xbox and routrr.. What a waste...

 

Something new is happening to my xbox. When i dashboard it freezes. When I turn it off and back on it is nevrr on xbox live which never ussualy happens. I can still play online but when i dashboard for any reason itnfreezes and i must turn off my xbox. There
a place a professional can look at my xbox? I think it might be the hardware..
