Xbox disconnects from Xbox Live when I load up an Xbox Live Game

Hello,

When I load up a game on the Xbox, I keep getting disconnected from Xbox Live. I go to network connection, test it out and everything is fine. I reconnect to Xbox Live, and then I am able to go on a game without disconnecting.

Occasionally, if I go to the Xbox Dashboard from the game, I disconnect from Xbox Live. I repeat the same process as above.

If I do not disconnect from Xbox Live, I would change game, and then I would disconnect anyway.

This isn't limited to just games either. I have network issues connecting to other Xbox Live parties.

I have already tried:

Deleted system cache.

Deleted profile and re downloaded it.

Deleted previous Xbox Live update and then obviously re-download it.

I dont know how to explain (Black ops 2 connection problem)

Ok so I'll get to the point, When ever I load up black ops 2, It disconnects me from xbox live and doesn't let me connect back until I get off the game, But when I go on any other games xbox live works fine.... Please give suggestions

If its possible, are you able to connect your console with an Ethernet cable, to see if the problem persists.

I occasionally get an error code. For example: 8007274C is the main error code I encounter. Sometimes it doesn't display one at all, such as when I load a digitally downloaded game such as Civilization Revolution.

I am not sure if UpnP is enabled, but I presume so. My reasoning is I have an Xbox One and that has disconnected rarely (only twice since Christmas) where as my Xbox 360 is multiple times a day.

Thirdly, no I have no additional wireless headsets. I just use the standard headset that came with the Xbox 360.

I'd also like to make an additional point that my computer and other mobile devices, as well as other devices around the home, do not disconnect.

I have done everything a part from moving the wireless router. But hence the Xbox One and my computer is further away and they're fine, as well as my phone can reach a WiFi signal outside the house, I can't really think it's my signal strength.

The wireless adapter I have is the inbuilt one with the Xbox 360S.

make sure UPnP is enabled.

I would also suggest that you switch power mode on your Xbox One, from Instant-On mode and have it set to energy-saving power mode.

I bought this game for my son and I to play on Xbox one with the backwards compatibility but when we load it up it disconnects us from Xbox live (or says it does) but we are still logged in to Xbox live on the one console. So we can't save or load anything
and anything we do will be reset each time we play.

Is this the only backwards compatible game that this is happening with?

When you load the game up does it give you a message that says disconnected from xbox live?

Is your password longer than 16 characters?

You said that when you want to play a game online it disconnects you from live and tells you that to continue you must reconnect. Does this happen as your game loads up after you have put your disc in? Or does it disconnect you when you go to actually select
the xbox live multiplayer of your game?
