Xbox disconnects from wifi evry hour or so

First, as my colleague said, reboot your router. Second, clear out the cache of your Xbox by holding the power button for 10s then unplugging for 10s. That will start the connection over again. Make sure your router/modem has UPnP turned on. That will
solve most connection issues. If you Xbox is truly losing the wireless connection, the hard reset will help with that but also make sure you have a connection without interference.

To isolate the problem try using a hardwired connection. That will tell you if it is WiFi or not. It could be so many things that without some isolation there is little we can tell you.

Is it just the Xbox or is it other devices too?

You might look into changing the Wifi channels on your modem. If you live in a populated area Wifi channels can become crowded causing the signal strength to go down. Since so many are home and online, there is increased demand on the internet. You can
download a Wifi analyzer app to find the signal strength on each channel around you. If you're not sure how to do this, then I would recommend contacting your ISP and ask how to do this.

So my xbox one keeps disconnecting from wifi every hour or so, it only started happening this week, anyone know what to do?

Try to unplug your router from the wall and count for 15 seconds then plug it back in to your wall that might help

Have you noticed it at a similar time every day?

I would reccomend downloading Ookla speed test on your mobile and checking the speed around the area of where your xbox is, there could be a wireles spike.

Also check your other devices to ensure its not your internet dropping every so often.
