    Xbox disconnection problems


    Recently my modem flashed red long enough to kick my xbox offline then turned green again, i thought it might have been a minor glitch or bug so i reconnected my xbox and it worked fine, but now when i try to play any games or apps it ends up signing me
    out and i have to sign back in basically every time i press a button, does anyone know what this is and how to fix it?

    Thanks, I have been having problems for a few years now with disconnection problems, and this fixed all of them.

    Xbox One disconnecting from Internet need help

    I had the same issue recently. My controller was also frequently disconnecting and then failing to reconnect. Disabling 'Instant On' has seemingly fixed my wireless problems.

    It's definitely not a router or ISP problem. It's an Xbox Live problem. I can play in a multi player game without getting disconnected but as soon as I go to do something else I get disconnected.
