Xbox disconnection every night

Hi all

Desprate for a resolution, i have 3 xbox one consoles and an xbox one x.

Every night i get discontected not always at the same time. I do a network test and it says conected and all is good, i do a multiplayer test amd says not connected. This happens on all consoles. Only reason why im desprate is that my 14 year old son has
Autism and it makes for a sleeples night.

There are no restictions on the hub and there is no screen time set on the consoles.

I turn them on in the morning and everything is back to normal so its very confusing.

i thought this too but i changed the ports manually one console coneceted but not to the live server all i could do is put youtube on which wasnt connected to my account.

I didnt power cycle the xbox tho so i will try that this evening.

thanks for the troubleshooter i have had a quick look and i will try all these this evening. It goes off at 22.00 one will drop then the rest will follow within 30 mins

I had a similar issue. Devices disconnecting at around the same time. I Had to call my Internet provider. They came out and turned out there was an Unbalanced Load issue with the wiring outside the house.

Since they came out to fix it I haven't had any issues. I would try and reach out to your ISP to see if there is an issue on their end.

no this has been happning for months i even upgraded my hub last month with no change so i know its not the hub settings.

I have changed the wifi signal too i will have to contact support.

Hi there,

Are all other devices on the connection disconnecting at the same time as the consoles? I ask because to me it sounds like it might be a network issue, however I would like to confirm first that other devices are experiencing the issue as well.
