Xbox “disconnecting” from Xbox live and says the internet died but the internet is on

My problem with my xbox is that when i dont play a game like apex or gta or anything else its prefectly fine but if i hop on a game and start it and start playing it says disconnected from xbox live while my internet is still on. Ive tried support but
they said if i still have this problem i should go to xbox assist and I have and no ones having this problem. If u have answers PLEASE PLEASE help me its been happening for months buts its getting more consistant.

I'm kinda of having the same issues here except that my console is connected to my Wifi and still won't connect to XBL. It randomly connects around 7:00 central but other than that it states that it can't retrieve information. I currently am using a 2015
Halo 5: Guardians Limited Edition Xbox one Model. Note: When not connected I can't run any network test. I have checked my router and my console seems to be the problem. Every other console connected like Playstation 4 and Xbox one X etc seem to be functioning
as they should. I'm also in the insider program. When the bug occurred, I decided to opt out of the beta ring and back into delta ring.

I just did thoses things u told me to do from thoses links and my internet is running fine and i did a detailed network statistics test and its fine also im running wireless. but tomowrrow im going to see if i wire it if itll help.

I just tried the recyle and it didnt work and this last sunday i rest my consle and it still didnt work it disconnected me again. Do u have any other info?

I need more help i tried that and i tried leaving my xbox unplugged for a few minutes and it didnt work
