Xbox disconnecting from WiFi every 10-20 minutes

Hello there have you tried rebooting your router/network then trying to connect if it continues to disconnect from the wifi:

1. Check the Nat type to see if it's set to moderate or restricted or open. If so it could be a port issue.

2. Try using a direct/wired connection to the router/modem. That's if step one doesn't work.

Another (although unlikely) possibility is that the signal is weak from distance....if the router is close the xbox, another thing you can try is a physical cable connection to see if its the wifi or the router specifically.

I’d suggest hard resetting the console if not done so already.

If you can try to see if other availiable wifi networks have the same problem.

Do other devices connected to your network ( phone, laptop etc. ) have the same problem?

Also try a wired ethernet connection, as this is usually more stable, It’s also faster and more secure.

If you have no luck with this there may be a problem with your router and you’ll need to contact your internet provider.
