Xbox disc not wanting to load because of "user not signed in"

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you are having issues with a disc. Reason you are getting the error is the console is not reading the license from the disc or reading the disc correctly. Here is a guide for

Well, actually, my original disc did get a ring scratched in it because my xbox fell over while I was using it (but I have it laying horizontal now). Then I stopped playing it for a few months because I didn't want to buy a new copy. Then I decided to borrow
a disc from a friend. I inspected the disc and there was no sign of a laser burn on the disc, but multiplayer wouldn't load. Downloading to the HDD didn't work, either. Then I borrowed another friends' disc, and when it didn't work, I checked it - it had a
laser burn. I don't know if it's from my xbox or not though...

Try turning of your xbox then turning it back on and putting in the game disc or loading up the game before signing in to your xbox acc and then sign in when the games loaded up this worked for me

I tried something that seemed like it worked... I copied the map packs onto the memory unit... and uploaded my brother's profile to the memory unit also... so i have the map packs on both the HDD and the Memory unit... I went into reach signed into mine
and set my profile on the HDD, and then signed in to my brother's and set his profile onto the Memory unit... then I tested it... it seemed to load every single map... because I played matchmaking and they actually loaded... of course my brother's profile
was signed in I had to control two controllers.... then after I signed my brother out and was surprised the maps still loaded! But I am not sure if I sign in next time without signing in my brother if it will still load... i will see next time... by the way
the only serious scratch on the disc would be on the center where the silver shining xbox symbols glare on the back of the disc the rest of the disc is pretty fair.

i know i can load it from my disc. but i don't want to have a disc copy of it. i want to buy it from Xbox Live, and play it like that.
