    Xbox disabled my children's accounts twice and I don't know why


    I bought an Xb1 for my kids. I also own an Xb1. I have been signing in on it and allowing them to play my games that I own (and via gamepass) on the separate Xb1. It requires me to sign in first and then they can switch into their accounts and play.
    After a day their accounts were both suspended (I didn't know this initially). I created new accounts and jus this morning they were supsended again. But there is no record in their accounts online as to why this happened.

    They haven't played online at all. They have only played sonic and minecraft games. Does anyone know what's going on?

    Also why all of a sudden are my children receiving messages when logging into xbox saying they need an adult to verify account?? My children's accounts have been created years ago with no issues. I do not what to pay £0.50 per account to verify. The fact
    that they are linked to my account and payments are made through my account via credit card should be enough. This only affects 2 of my 3 children's accounts though. Why not the third?

    While I don't know why your accounts need to be verified all of a sudden, you should know that you do NOT pay £0.50 per account, but you pay £0.50 ONCE to verify YOUR account to be an adult account, and that it's not a kid that stole your
    credit card to verify an adult account the kid created to be able to change their child accounts without your parental knowledge, as you would recognize a £0.50 charge on your credit card bill, that you haven't authorized.

    After your account was verified to be an adult with your consent, you don't need to verify each and every child account you add. So the £0.50 are a one time payment, and these £0.50 do NOT go into the "Make Microsoft Richer"
    funds, but are added as credit to your account, if I remember correctly.

    Randomly Disconnected from xbox live when not on dashboard. Lag out of almost every game, especially when two xboxs are both playing

    And I don't know if this applies or not, but every time I start a game, it asks me if I want to use my Hard Drive or Cloud to save; even though I have cloud disabled. It will ask me this twice.
