good day all,

I bought an used XBOX 360 console. first user has installed much games in the box with him profile. Now i created a new user for myself and i would like to transferred all games in my xbox profile/account.

is it possible to transfer them or not?

games are tied to the account that purchased them, as he gave you the account on the console that counts as a breach of the terms as you are not supposed to share accounts, give them away or let anyone else have access.

accounts cannot be sold or transferred and may lead to a ban.

It's no possible to transfer them, and it will likely never be possible.

It's not possible. Nothing can be transferred between accounts.

CrazY1985 is correct, you can not transfer digitial content from one account to another. The only way round this is using your old account as home xbox to share gold and games https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/games/game-setup/my-home-xbox
You don't say why you want a new account and not to use your old one.
