    i have purchased and set up my digital tv tuner and can use it to watch tv just fine but the one guid is not working has anyone have any info on how to solve this please. It just shows no information available, but whe I am watching a channle I can se the
    now and next for that channle .....

    Xbox digital tv tuner problems

    I have now solved the problem after doing some research and changed to ota rather than free veiw and the one guide is working as it should.

    Hey there RICHLID!

    Sorry to hear about the OneGuide issue! Let's start by resetting TV settings so you can try settings up OneGuide again.

    To reset TV settings, follow these steps:

    • Press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller and select 'Settings'.
    • In the Settings menu, select 'TV & OneGuide'.
    • Select 'Troubleshooting'.
    • Select Reset TV Settings.
    • From here you can set up your OneGuide again.

    Sorry I have solved this problem already and did post under my question that I have, and the solution to the oneguide issue but the post is no longer hear ...thank you for the help all the same, most appreciated. I had selected free veiw instead of ota for
    the oneguide.

    The Xbox One Digital TV Tuner is available for users in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

    So I can only assume that as Singapore is not a supported region for the tuner that would be the problem.
