    XBOX Digital TV Tuner - One Guide Issue


    Hi, So i recently purchased the digital tv tuner for the xbox one and went through the set up and everything worked perfectly, i was able to get the one guide to work with the smartglass app and all the channel information had come through. The problem has
    come when i noticed a few channels were missing the most notable being ITV 1 so i ran the scan again and it picked it up however now the on the one guide it just tells me that no information is available. I've tried all the advice from the support pages on
    the xbox website such as resetting the device, doing a hard reset and re-installing,but still cannot get the one guide to update the channel listings which is making the device a bit pointless at the moment.

    Hopefully someone can help with this issue.

    DarkDan99 - I have the same issue - some of the channels are in the wrong order, although they are all there.

    This might be down to them not getting the channel information, hence it being stuck. But I have ITVHD and a couple of others in the wrong place.

    Bunsey, i've just managed to get all my guide information back and the channel listings in the correct order, i did another hard reset and installed the tv tuner again and changed my oneguide setting to freeview OTA setting and its picked everything back
    up. Hope this helps, it's incredibly frustrating to say the least.
