Xbox Digital Refund Declined

Just checked my play time and it’s 55 minutes. I am aware the system is for honesty which is exactly what this is, I’ve been an Xbox customer for many years purchasing many games, only having one refund in the past. I would only use this system in proper situations.

i would reply to the deny email.

i have just gone through the entire digital refunds terms and the entire toc, there is actually no mention of the 2 hours rule anywhere under the UK terms

then the refund request page also states nothing about a 2 hour limit





Now steams policy on the other hand does state the following

but as microsofts toc does not state 2 hours then that rule does not apply to microsoft.

No you need yo read the terms and conditions

2hours of gameplay is the limit

You should've done research or read game reviews

It's not a buy and try

It is and part of the two conditions 2hours of play or 14days or ownership whichever one is reached firsT

HOWEVER you do get an appeal reply to the said rejection email

However abusing the refunds proccess isn't recommended

So please don't play and complete a game and try refunding it it's not what the policy is for

It's for honest mistakes
