I just redeemed my reward points for digital cards it said it should take 24 hours and I would receive a email that was last Friday but still nothing

Screw the Amazon gift cards get the Xbox gift cards and use them towards any dlc, digital games, or game sales that come along that interest you. The Xbox gift cards are cheaper than the Amazon ones as well.

Accidentally picked wrong rewards

I just traded 5,000 reward points for an XBOX digital gift card, direct deposit. I accidentally picked the direct deposit when I wanted to do a regular digital gift card so I could give it to my friend. I don't have XBOX Live so
credit will never be used. Is there a way it can be taken out of my account and convert it into a regular digital gift card or refund the reward purchase so I can trade in the reward points for the right gift card?

You'll want to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page.

If it's for Xbox, then Game Pass, Xbox Live Gold, Xbox Gift Card, or give a digital game as a gift.

My gift card only has 15 digits. How do I redeem it??

It's not an Xbox gift card it's a Steam gift card go on Steam and it'll work just fine

If you are purchasing devices like Xbox console, surface pro they are limited to being used for them.

If you will be mainly using these on an Xbox console, then the Xbox gift card is perfect.

I was specifically told by xbox support to post it here and Rockstar would be in contact with me.

And on my receipt it specifically says:

Special note for digital gift card customers: You can cancel your gift card order and receive a refund up to 14 days after your digital gift card has been sent or until your gift card has been redeemed, whichever occurs first.
