Xbox one does not have region coding on its game discs, Digital market places are still region locked

Thats strange. The xbox one is region free and so are xbox one games. Even digital codes are region free. Are you sure you didnt buy a 360 game ?

such as DLC, movies, and apps.

A regional lockout (or region coding) is a class of digital restrictions management preventing the use of a certain product or service, such as multimedia or a hardware device, outside of a certain region or territory. A regional lockout may be enforced
through physical means, through technological means such as detecting the user's IP address or using an identifying code, or through unintentional means introduced by devices only supporting certain regional technologies (such as video formats, i.e. NTSC and
PAL).

If the game is region locked then a code for the game will be region locked. In order to download region locked content, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a region where the game is available.

so what will be the work around this,if the guy selling me the digital code for the game uses it on his new usa xbox account or whatever.Will i be able to use that account and download the game?
