Discus and support xbox digital downloaded game in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I want to return a digitally downloaded game.     does anyone know how digital games downloaded from Xbox gold will work for the games downloaded on the XBOX 360 system? will they be downloaded on the XBOX 1 system?

    Digital games are still overpriced on Xbox One, but yeah I bought BF4 and Titanfall as digital downloads on Xbox one.

    No, Xbox 360 game license will not be deactivated. Both game licenses will be retained.

    I am really confused, does that only apply if you buy the game of the dashboard?

    GUNNER 26: Are your games on disc or are they digital downloads?

    If your games are on disc the xbox will download the patch in standby mode, but wont install the update untill you put the disc in and load the game. This is normal.

    If your games are digital it will (should) download AND install the update whilst in standby.
