    Xbox digital content refunds not recieved


    Roughly 2 weeks ago, I processed a request for refund of digital content purchased by my son on his Xbox. I received several emails from Microsoft confirming that my purchases would be refunded, however when I checked my account, I noticed that I only
    received a portion of the confirmed returns and not all the items ordered. How do I contact Microsoft to get an update on the remaining refunds?

    youd have to check accounts.microsoft.com to confirm what refunds was refunded and proccessed

    if they been proccessed usually 72 hours after the request it is upto your bank at that point

    depending on where you are in the world or using paypal

    it can take upto 30 days for international transactions depending on when your bank does their batch proccessing they do thousands at a time not 1 by 1 as computertime is costly

    if your used paypal you need to wait 90days as their refund period is 90 days by user aggreement you signed

    Each purchase that I requested a refund on states that the refund has been processed. Also, I checked my bank account and I have only received a small portion credited back to my account. I'm having difficulty finding any resources at Microsoft that I
    can contact to check on the status? As a consumer, this is very frustrating. I'm sure one unsatisfied customer will not make a impact to Microsoft corporation.

    Hey there Stamppy1234

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue concerning your refund. I can totally understand how this could be pretty disheartening, almost frustrating. If you have gotten any emails stating that your request was denied,
    the best way to appeal that would be replying to them.

    When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.
