    i am earning point but not getting the $5 digital cards i opt for ...this has happened 3 x now.....

    i tried calling microsoft but they referred me to the forums? why? HELP

    aren't i meant to get these via email then activate them? or do i get these via xbox live?

    anyone?

    Looking For A Deal.

    It's digital but the code is on a piece of card board the size of a game case with the cover art. The code is hidden on the back that can be redeemed in the Xbox store. So I was able to sell it and send the buyer the code via Post Office.

    Are you talking about the Microsoft Rewards program? Everytime you redeem a card you should get an email with a code within 24 hours. If you're not receiving the codes, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

    You don't download via the xbox one stoee you have to redem the code on the 360 website and then it will appear in your ready to install page
