So I have points for Bing rewards and then I got enough to receive a 10$ Xbox Live Digital Card. So I spent 9,300 points on it and then it gave me an Order No. and told me that they would send the actual card info, the 25-digit number, to my email. And still
nothing.

Microsoft/Xbox gift cards

When purchasing a digital Xbox 360 game, can I use my digital gift card balance to buy a game just like I do on Xbox One as long as I have a valid credit card on my account?

25 digits would be an XBox Live "redeem code".

The founder code is 20 digits, and the website link is on the card.

All Xbox codes are 25 digits. Was this on a card or something?

I did this and all the options I had was for a digital or physical Visa card and neither of those have a 25 character code that can be redeemed on Xbox

That is correct. What you would have redeemed from the vault is a prepaid Visa card, not an Xbox gift card.

Yes and the instructions provided by Xbox state you can redeem for a visa card or redeem a 25 digit code on the Xbox Store and at no time is there an option for a 25 digit code. The instructions need to be change

Those are for the 25 digit xbox live codes from cards. The taco bell codes are 6 or 7 digit. Not enough.
