    hi we had our sister order an xbox one s during the black friday sale why is it taking a whole month for this to even get to shipment??? its taking forever an with xmas around the corner it should have been here by now....whats the wait i say this is bad
    costumer service i have the tracking number but still not shipped wth microsoft????

    I thought the same thing. I didnt even ship mine to Texas. I thought I originally shipped to Virginia, after a week I got a new tracking number originating in Texas. The tracking number didnt say where it was going but I didnt know why it was coming from
    Texas when Im in Chicago. Anyway waited an hour after chatting with service rep. they said everything was fine and the tracking number had not refreshed yet. All good should be getting mine today after a week and a half, not bad turn around. Did anyone get

    Revert to factory defaults didnt help =/

    Getting ready to ship it out... just doesnt make sense why the drive suddenly stops working?

    still feels like software issue... but i guess several people's normally working xbox ones's optical drive could have started failing independently..
