Xbox Devices and Network- My game is being played elsewhere

Just to rule out the option that someone else is signing in with your account on another device, please sign in to: https://account.microsoft.com/devices/

Search for any console or device that is not yours.

Select Show details > More actions > Remove.

Select I'm ready to remove this device > Remove.

If you don't see other device linked to your account and since you already changed your password, try to remove and add your account again to the console:

Remove Account:

1. Press the Xbox button. ​​​

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then Remove. ​​​

4. Close. ​​​

Then, perform a power reset:

1​​. Turn off your console and your router/modem.

2. Unplug all the cables from both devices (power, HDMI, etc..) and wait 2 minutes.

3. After 2 minutes, plug all the cables in again on your router/modem and wait for all the lights to show up.

Add Account:

1. Press the Xbox button.

2. Select Profile & System > Add or switch > Add new.

3. Enter the email address and password for the Microsoft account that you want to add.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences.

Also, My network is fine, I do have my xbox connected to my network via ethernet cable.

I have also tried downloading with no other device on my network.

The problem is not the account ban, the console has been banned separately, The device’s enforcement action is applied to the device not to a specific Xbox profile. This means that no one can use the affected Xbox console or device to connect to the network, but your profile can be used elsewhere.

I doubt anything, they are probably ads being used elsewhere on Microsoft's other networks like msn that they borrowed.
