    First, you’ll need to submit a service order request. Get started on your request by signing in at Device support and then select Register new device. After you've registered, you’ll see the warranty status for your device. If it’s within warranty, repairs are free. If your device is out of warranty, you’ll be charged a repair fee.

    The COVID-19 is delaying a lot of shipping and progress with big tech companies. One of their main priority is keeping their servers open and strong during this surge of online players. Not saying your xbox isn’t a priority but it might be delayed. I would
    check with xbox support or check the tracking number with the shipping label and see if the status says arrived. If it does check with xbox. If it doesn’t check with the shipping company.
