Xbox desligando

What I would recommend right off the bat would be trying out a
power cycle. In order for you to do this, I'd like you to follow these steps:

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.
2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button
   on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.
   
   Note If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.
   

Is your console connected directly into the outlet, or are you connected to a surge protector? Since the console has an internal power supply that serves as a surge protector, this can cause your console to behave oddly.

If this is a case, I recommend you try a direct connection to your outlet.

I'd like you to follow these steps and update us so that we can further assist you in the case that it is still required.

If you have only just purchased the console then you will need to take this up with the person or store that sold you the console and request the replace the console or refund you your money.

Tenho o jogo em midia digital e estou tendo o mesmo problema, quando reinicio o xbox one desligando a fonte ele volta a funcionar o jogo não exibindo mais a tela preta,mas após jogar algumas vezes ela retorna.
