Xbox Desktop App Downloads Painfully Slow

Found the solution, just limit at 100% the download bandwidth for both update options. And guess what, it is downloading at full speed.You will find these settings at delivery optimization, just click at advanced options.

Hi!

I've altered my DNS settings to the Google Public ones and even restarted my PC (just to be sure) with nothing but a browser and the Xbox App open. Sadly, It doesn't seem this has had much of an effect on the download speed, although it's fluctuating harshly.
It bounces around from a few Kbs to 3.3Mbs. I'm starting to believe the fluctuation is just what happens with downloading from the app. The changes have certainly improved my download drastically, though I'm still worried about the rapid changes in speed.

As a sidenote, I've seen that since I started downloading from the app, it seems to be slowing my entire PC down/making it freeze. Is this another byproduct of the download? Or is it something else? I leave Task Manager open on another monitor to see how my
PC is doing at all times and it never shows anything out of the ordinary, no spikes, no 100%, nothing.

Any idea on what that could be?
