    Hi all. I’m trying to order a custom Xbox one controller on the Xbox design lab. But it’s coming up with an error after putting in my address even though everything is correct and it won’t allow me to order it?? Anyone else having issues? I’m using the UK website as well.

    I take it you are trying to use the Xbox Design Lab? Try to contact support and say you're having trouble with the controller design lab. Or see if there is a support page/email/number on the controller design lab website.
