    Xbox Design Lab


    When I try to order a design lab controller i get this message

    The xboxdesignlab.xbox.com page isn’t working
    xboxdesignlab.xbox.com redirected you too many times.


    ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
    I have tried this on chrome, safari, and internet explorer on a Macbook pro and on a Dell XPS.
    I contacted customer support and they said something along the lines of we're unable to help you with that. I don't know why you're experiencing problems but it works for us just fine.

    Hey PlungerFaced-

    Sorry to hear about the issue. At what point are you experiencing these errors? Is it when you first sign in to design your Xbox One controller or is it when you go to checkout Have you tried to clear your Internet browser's cache and cookies to see if that
    helps? I see you said you tried multiple computers but it's still worth a shot. Also, if possible, can you please try signing in and going through the process with a different Microsoft Account to see if that works?

    If you continue to experience the error, you may need to reach out to
    Microsoft Store Support     as we are unable to assist with purchasing and account issues on the public forums.

    I take it you are trying to use the Xbox Design Lab? Try to contact support and say you're having trouble with the controller design lab. Or see if there is a support page/email/number on the controller design lab website.
