    I want to know why I can't engrave "(u w u)" in Xbox Design Lab but I can engrave "OwO what's this?" and "(O w O)"? Are you guys anti-uwu? ( _ )

    I had a problem similar wouldnt allow me to use capital letters on website using pc or ipad but worked fine when i did it using my phone what are the odds

    It will let "(O w O)" and "OwO what's this?" pass for an engrave but it won't let "(u w u)" pass through

    It might be that the system is picking up that it is explicit writing or symbols... Not sure why it would be denying this...

    Thats Design Lab customer support and they would be better equip in helping you with the engraving issue.
