    Xbox Design Lab won't allow me to complete my order


    At the end of the process of designing a custom XBox controller, the online store won't allow me to process my order because the "place order" button is grayed out. I called Microsoft support and they advised that they could not help, and that I should
    try a different browser, clear cookies, etc. I have now tried several devices and the same issue persists. I have tried approximately 15 times. Yes, I am signed into my account, etc. From looking on this site, it seems that this is an ongoing issue that
    dates back to at least 2019. I'm surprised that it hasn't been fixed yet.

    That is a beautiful controller and I completely understand wanting it. It would be cool if Xbox Design lab was allowed to recreate limited edition controller designs by special requests.

    You'd probably be best to just find a way to get that design onto a controller yourself, such as finding someone to paint it for you, or to just paint it yourself, as the Xbox Design Lab won't allow you to create such an elaborate design.

    It may take 1-2 days to actually get to you once it's been shipped, but it takes longer than that to actually create the controller. This is listed on the screen before you complete your order:
