XBOX Design Lab sign in issue

I can't sign in to my MS account from the xbox design lab Getting "You can not login right now. Your Microsoft account doesn't contain information about First Name,Last Name. Update your profile and login again".

Of course my first and last name is there, only one first name and one last name, I've tried changing it to see if it makes a difference but same issue. I know historically this is known issue that was sort of fixed by altering the last name, but in my case changing the name is not working. I've tried in different browsers, private mode, incognito, same issue. It''s most frustrating.

I see. Could you also please check or update your billing information via https://account.microsoft.com/ > Payment & billing > Address book.

Please also try to use a different device or internet browser.

I appreciate your effort. Since this is currently happening to other users, the issue must be on the server-side. I would suggest to wait and try it again in few hours. You could also report it via the Report button on this link https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status

I already done that even though completely delete and fill my name and last name again, doesn’t work for me.

Try to change your first and last name, save the changes and check if works.

I have done this also, same.
