Xbox Design Lab Pro Charging Stand Missing Battery Cover

So, I ordered two Design Lab Pro Charging Stands(one Oxide Red, the other Glacier Blue), with matching battery covers included for free. I just got them today, and neither of them have battery covers. I checked the reviews on the product afterward, and it
seems like Microsoft is really bad about actually including this very crucial piece of equipment. I noticed when I ordered that the battery cover goes from $9.99 to free when you get it with the Stand, but I can't purchase it separately.

I'm at a loss here. I have two controller stands that are effectively useless and no way to replace the battery covers without returning the stands. And even then, based on the reviews, there's no guarantee I'll get the full package, so what do I do?

My best advice would be to contact the
Microsoft Store Support Team, so they can look into your recent orders and correct the situation. They should be able to set things right.

The covers are supposed to match the controllers you had custom made and work with the charge kit/stand?

That's pretty neat IMO.

Ms store support is seperate from xbox support

The ms store is for physical products

Or windows software it would have to go thru them
