Xbox Design Lab Order is incorrect

I just got shipped a controller that was supposed to have rubberized grips on the back. However, it shipped without them but I paid for them and the order specified that I selected back rubberized grips. What do I do?

Before you check out with design lab it actually states this in the cart:

Due to the customized nature of Xbox Design Lab, you cannot cancel or modify your order once it is placed. Your Xbox Design Lab order will deliver in 2 to 3 weeks.
You will be charged immediately, and the order cannot be returned or refunded.

If you continue to have issues with the DL controller I would suggest setting up a repair order if it's still under warranty.
