Xbox design lab order hasn’t shown up

I called fedex and was basically told they Couldent do anything and to contact Microsoft or Xbox when I contacted Microsoft/ Xbox they told me to contact FedEx I tried filling a claim but after hours of being on the phone I was just hung up on and now I just don’t know what to do.

Thank you for your response. I highly recommend contacting Microsoft Xbox Support again (preferably in Chat Support to avoid being hung up) and inform them what FedEx told you.

You can request to have this case escalated.

Before you check out with design lab it actually states this in the cart:

Due to the customized nature of Xbox Design Lab, you cannot cancel or modify your order once it is placed. Your Xbox Design Lab order will deliver in 2 to 3 weeks.
You will be charged immediately, and the order cannot be returned or refunded.

If you continue to have issues with the DL controller I would suggest setting up a repair order if it's still under warranty.
