Xbox design lab not letting me sign in

Ok I'm a bit annoyed now can't get ahold of support and I am unable to login to my design lab account.

I made a custom elite controller back on Feb 13th I wanted to verify it's status and go to login today and get unable to login this requires a email please add one then try again. Had 0 issues till today signing in and I have tried deleting email accounts adding a new email as seen in the pic tried incognito mode tried a new browser to no avail and now I'm locked out of making changes can't get ahold of support at this point I just want the controller canceled so I can just go buy one and not have all this headache.

I am sorry to know about what happened. This has been actually happening to several users including myself. The issue seems to be on the server-side or back-end problem on their website. I suggest that you instead report it via https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status using the Report button you can see there.

The best option we can do for now is to try it again at a later time or try again to get in touch with a Microsoft/Xbox support.

Sorry to hear about what's happening there. I have actually seen multiple users having the same issue. This could mean that it's a server-side issue. I suggest to wait and try it again for few hours. Please also report it through https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status, there's a Report button there.

Sorry to hear about that. I suggest that you try to use a different browser or use incognito mode or use a different device. If nothing's working, you may instead use a different Microsoft account. Else, you may instead wait and try it again at a later time.

With regards to this issue, can you tell us what device are you using to access the design lab?

If this is via PC or mobile, please try using a different browser or clear the cache of your current browser by going to Browser Settings > clear cache or data depending on the browser you are using. After that, go to https://account.microsoft.com/profile page but I believe this is where you tried updating your display name as well but kindly check too.

After that, let us know if you can access the design lab or you may try this direct link https://xboxdesignlab.xbox.com/
