XBOX Design Lab not letting me add sketching or order

Discus and support XBOX Design Lab not letting me add sketching or order in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So I designed a controller and I want to add sketching then order.     XBOX Design Lab not letting me add sketching or order


    So I designed a controller and I want to add sketching then order. But when I click either the add sketching button or the order button, it won't work at all.

    Is anybody else having this problem or is it just me?

    Xbox Design Lab Problem

    After you save your design you should see an option to add sketching.

    XBOX Design Lab not letting me add sketching or order

    Just tried it. Works for me.

    Are you selecting Save & Finish in the upper right corner?

    Yeah I have clicked Save and Finish. One thing I did notice was that the design says it was created by "SRCJR221"which is my old gamertag. I changed my gamertag about 3 weeks ago but I created the design I want this morning. This could also be the problem
    but I am not sure.
