Xbox Design Lab - "No last name or first name" when trying to sign in

Hello,

I've been trying to make a purchase in the Xbox Design Lab, but when I try to sign in, I keep getting the error saying that my Microsoft Account does not have a first or last name - however when I check, I do indeed have a first and last name attached.

I've read that others have solved this problem by not having spaces in their names but I do not have a space in either my first or last name. Is the store currently down or is there something else I should try to do?

Hi,

This site is so broken, I just created a new Microsoft Account with my first name and last name included in the profile and got the following error when trying to sign in to the design lab:

You can not login right now. Your Microsoft account doesn't contain information about First Name,Last Name. Update your profile and login again

So disappointing.

Sorry to hear about the issue. It seems to be a known issue already because several users are also experiencing the issue. We cannot do much about it if it's a server-side or back-end issue on their website. I suggest to try it again at a later time and make sure to report it via https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status > There's a Report button below there.

I thought you were an expert on designs, but I was not sure about what you asked. Sorry!

So... I had a look at it, I remember the same feature 1 year ago, it seems that if you save a design for later it is just "Untitled Design".

I will investigate about this but at this point it is safe to say that for right now they removed this feature.

I totally get that promoting your design with your personal name it's super cool... unfortunately it seems that for now it's not possible.

I think the Xbox design lab is the coolest option for customization for the Xbox. There's so many combinations it's hard to pick one.
