Xbox Design Lab - Gravur nicht möglich [Translatino-Xbox Design Lab - engraving not possible]

Ich würde gerne im Design Lab einen Controller mit Gravur als Geschenk bestellen.

Egal wo ich es versuche (alle Broser, Handy, auf der Konsole dirfekt), es erscheint immer die Meldung:

"Ein unerwarteter Fehler ist aufgetreten. Versuchen Sie es noch mal."

bei der Gravur.

Dabei ist es egal, welchen Namen ich auswähle. Keiner wird angenommen. Es kann also nicht an falschen Zeichen oder möglichen Beleidigungen liegen.

Hat jemand noch das Problem, oder kann mir ggf. helfen?

Hi RWOB1904,

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. If you are experiencing this issue across different devices and browsers, then the Internet may need to be reset. Power cycle your router and modem for at least 5 minutes and plug them back in after that time.
If you can still not complete the design lab order, I recommend contacting the Microsoft Store support to help you complete the order.

vielen Dank für die Antwort. Leider hat dies nicht funktioniert. Ich habe es sogar über mehrere Internet-Anschlüsse probiert. Immer gibt es bei der Gravur Probleme, egal welche ich auswähle.

Beim Support kann ich hier in Deutschland leider erst Montag anrufen. Das ist wohl aber leider schon zu spät. Der Controller soll ein Geschenk sein und kommt dann wohl leider zu spät an.

Thats Design Lab customer support and they would be better equip in helping you with the engraving issue.

i think a custom Controller from the design lab with your partner's favorite colors and a nice engraving would be great.

Thank you for keeping us updated. We recommend attempting to customize your controller with a different device. You can try using a different cell phone, tablet or computer. Also, we suggest making sure that you are signed in to the website with your
Microsoft account before you customize the controller. Does an error code appear with the error message? Be sure to let us know the results!
