    Xbox design Lab deutschland


    Hallo, ich habe im Design lab einen Controller erstellt und gekauft, er wurde über Paypal bezahlt und die Zahlung ist auch abgeschlossen, das war am 28.12.19.

    Bestellnummer habe ich auch erhalten nur ist die Bestellung immer noch auf "ausstehend".

    Ein Anruf beim Support brachte mir nur die Info das etwas schief gelaufen ist und das es sich in Klärung befinden soll, allerdings habe ich noch keine Rückmeldung erhalten die ich bekommen sollte.

    Kann mir vielleicht jemand helfen?

    Hi Florian,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand you have questions on a controller ordered. Unfortunately, we here on the forums are unable to assist. Your best thing to do is to keep in touch with support as they will be able to assist you the best. You
    can follow up with any emails that they sent you, if they haven't you will need to get ahold of them again.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----click on Contact us
    • Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
    • Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

      Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    I take it you are trying to use the Xbox Design Lab? Try to contact support and say you're having trouble with the controller design lab. Or see if there is a support page/email/number on the controller design lab website.
