Xbox design lab controller problem

So i ordered a Controller literaly 3 days ago and it still says pending. It took money off my card before shipment and i dont have no shipping or even no tracking number for anything and ive tried speaking to microsoft and also calling 1-877-696-7786
and nothing seems to work i dont know what the problem is and why it still says pending but this is frustating.

I am having a similar problem, I go to the design lab and I can't design my controller.

 

Did you try contacting support at Contact Us | Xbox Support ? At step 2 select No wen asked about virtual agent, and then select option to chat or callback.

No they already took money off my card and everything so indont knownwhats going on and i contacted them multiple times and still havent got the help i need all they told me was there was nothing they can do all i would have to do is wait

 

This is from the Design Lab FAQ

I have been charged for my controller, but I have not received a shipping tracking number.

You were charged for your controller at the time it began to be built. It can take up to two weeks between that time and when you will receive a tracking number. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your controller ships.

So it sounds like that's standard.

From where i live i was told shipping takes 1-2 days i talked to microsoft store support they said they dont know why it still says Pending they say it must be a System glitch because on their end it shows the order is processing for shipment they just
escalated my order to the escalation team

 

It may take 1-2 days to actually get to you once it's been shipped, but it takes longer than that to actually create the controller. This is listed on the screen before you complete your order:

Due to the customized nature of Xbox Design Lab, you cannot cancel or modify your order once it is placed. Your Xbox Design Lab order will deliver in 2 to 3 weeks.
You will be charged immediately, and the order cannot be returned or refunded.
