Xbox Design Lab - Controller falsche Farbe [Xbox Design Lab - controller wrong color]

ich habe mir über das Design Lab einen Controller zusammengestellt. Hierfür habe ich die Farbe"hellgelb" für das Gehäuse ausgewählt. Leider entspricht der Farbton, der geliefert wurde, überhaupt nicht dem angegebenen Farbton "hellgelb". Es ist eher ein dunkleres
gelb und passt überhaupt nicht zu dem Ton, der abgebildet wurde.

Mir ist bewusst, dass es durch verschiedene Darstellungen auf verschiedenen Bildschirmen immer zu Farb- und Helligkeitsunterschieden kommen kann. In meinem Fall ist der Unterschied allerdings zu extrem, der Controller sieht nicht ansatzweise so aus wie er
sollte. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von dem Controller, der geliefert wurde und möchte diesen Farbunterschied nicht akzeptieren. Stattdessen würde ich den Controller neu in der Farbe grün konfigurieren wollen; dieses hat bereits mein Nachbar getan, die Farbe ist
auch so, wie im Konfigurator abgebildet.

Bitte teilen Sie mir doch mit, auf welchem Wege ich den Controller umtauschen kann. Zwar ist der Umtausch bei solchen individualisierten Käufen ausgeschlossen, aber der gelieferte Controller entspricht nicht den Erwartungen. Bitte kontaktieren Sie mich gerne,
