    Xbox design lab - buy now button not selectable


    Hi,

    My son has designed his own Xbox remote in design lab. I’ve added it to basket and hit check out, my details for address and payment are there and I select the “agree to terms and conditions” check box but the buy now button is dim and not selectable.

    Am I missing a check box somewhere? As I can’t seem to process the order,

    I've been wanting that for a while now. RGB Xbox button. At least add it to the Elites and an option for an Xbox Design Lab controller.

    This could be a great idea for the Xbox Design Lab, to have a darkest shape Xbox button.

    Is there really no possibility to buy a Design Lab controller with my Microsoft/Xbox gift card balance? Maybe thru the Xbox support?

    I redeemed 100 bucks just for that controller, but waited for new e3 announcements concerning new Design Lab options. Announcements came, but now the money is frozen. I'm not buying digital goods, collector here... so I am kinda screwed 🥺
