Comprei usado! Ja veio desbloqueado e o antigo dono (de qual comprei) comprou de outras pessoas tambem.

comprei um xbox desbloqueado porem nao sabia e estou enfrentando problemas para jogar-lo, gostaria de ajuda para encontrar a loja qual desbloqueou para poder retomar a placa e fazer o bloqueio novamente.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We need a little more information to make sure that we provide the correct solution. Did you purchase an Xbox One or an Xbox 360? What is the error message or error code that you are seeing when you try to use
the console? Did you purchase the console from an authorized retailer like Target, Wal-mart or Gamestop? Be sure to let us know the results maria!

I ask because depending on what generation of you console you have, getting blocked could mean a couple of things.

When you get the chance, please let us know what model of Xbox you have, and how the console is behaving.

If you had an Xbox 360 that had parental locks, you can resolve that by following the steps
