    Xbox deposited gift card into account?


    I got this message from Xbox after buying Madden 21 during a promo. I've already claimed the code, but where can I find this "gift card" that has apparently been put into my account? I've already checked the Rewards section of my account but found nothing.

    Any help or insight would be very appreciated!

    When you redeem the gift cards on Microsoft Rewards, does the money go straight to your account or do you need a code?

    For Xbox/Microsoft gift cards, they are deposited into your account.

    The gift card would be automatically deposited into your account. There is currently no way to transfer a gift card to another account through Rewards.

    If it's a gift card that sends you a code, then you would just give them the code. If it's like an Xbox gift card, those are automatically deposited into your account so you can't gift those.

    You have to redeem them for gift cards on the Rewards site. If you want to buy something on Xbox, redeem an Xbox gift card. Once the funds are deposited into your account, you can use your Microsoft account balance to make a purchase.

    Keep in mind that if you redeem an Xbox or Microsoft gift card, finds are automatically deposited into your account, not sent as a code.
