Xbox delivery stolen off porch

I purchased a new Xbox Series X that "arrived" 2 days ago. The driver didn't ring bell and no signature was required. I was on the porch within two minutes of getting the notification. But the package was not there.

I am trying to contact the Microsoft Store for support on this but the Contact Us page only offers phone numbers that go to a virtual assistant and it tells me it can't handle this issue and offers no human help and then hangs up. Is there any way to report this to Microsoft? All the help on the Internet is outdated.

I have already filed a police report and contacted FedEx.

I understand that you have already tried to contact Microsoft Store and Sales Support but were denied on the Virtual Assistant part.

I'm afraid the only department that can handle and escalate this case is the Microsoft Store and Sales Support. Try to contact them again and keep selecting something that will push you through to their Phone Support. Choose the refund options as this may direct you to their Phone Support service:

That's pretty strange and I know it must be incredibly disappointing. If the first one had tracking and shows it was delivered the first thing I'd think is that it was stolen off your porch. The second is obviously a shipping error. I'd go to a Microsoft
store and explain the issue so they can give you one directly.

I love my houses! I haven't really had that much trouble with any of them and the problems do slow down. If it's a wolf, I fry it, if it's bandits, I run inside to collect Lydia who is my steward this time at Lakeview and she goes all Viking maiden and keeps
them busy while I pick them off with my bow from the porch. The porch was also handy for the giant. I did once have bandits in one house that had stolen my Eye of Magnus. I found it on a corpse.
