    Microsoft used to have a team of people that you could reach to help you with issues. I actually used to work at one of their calls centers a long time ago. Now you go online and the chat bot tells you to look at forums, FFS!!! On top of that most questions
    you have they won't even allow you the opportunity to talk to someone. Basically I feel like their product comes with no service. Which is fine if it weren't the heaping pile of hot garbage that it is. I hope they fix this and put more money back into serving
    their often broken system and update the UI on the xbox FFS.

    You can you have ro read the options there is no option 0 to speak to an operator you need to follow the instructions on screen

    And ita a call back service or a chat support
