Xbox Deleted/Reset Everything

After using the new Preivew Program Update, I decided to switch back. To my suprise EVERYTHING reset. The console, my apps, games, everything. I am very very angry that I don't have my items and I can't find a solw to fix/recive my items back.

If any Microsoft Management Employees could help me get my items back, it would be very much appreciated!

Resident evil 2

This is probably a stupid question but here goes, I got RE2 for the xbox one and played it so far, I now wanr to reset everything back to start from scratch but whenever I go into campaign or raid mode my characters all appear as they were before I deleted the save file, people mention deleting from the cloud but I dont see that option, assistance very much appreciated.

I have two Xbox one consoles (I swapped ps4 for second shortly after daughter was born to give me more opportunity to play)

If I go to delays saves from manage game I get option to delete from that console or delete from everywhere.

If I just delete from that console, when I go to my other machine it still syncs the saves from the cloud

 

Thats what happened when you revert back to old dashboard. It even says so.

 

This was clearly stated in the Preview App Announcements when you applied for the NXEO Dashboard. There is nothing you can do except for redownloading all your items through the games and apps on the right side.

 

Yup, as above this is just part being in the preview program. We're here to test the new interface and find these bugs before its released to the great population. It sucks, but that is exactly why we are testing it

 

I just lost everything I need help please. I opted out of the preview program. Downloaded a 2 gb update and boom lost 100gb of games and saved games that took me 900+ hours to get to please help. Gamertag

 

If saying I'd rather not test new features means I lose everything than I'd rather sale my Xbox one and go back to 360

But to answer your question, again I say it was clearly stated multiple times that if you do not back up your games&apps they will be deleted when you downgrade from the Preview Program.

Your game saves were not deleted because they are all saved onto the cloud. To get your games back you must go into Games & Apps and on the right side of the games category it will have a drop menu of "Ready to Install". From there you can redownload your
games.

@GODtheSniper thanks I figured my stuff was saved to the cloud but it never works for me so I was sceptical . The reason I posted on this topic is because I was not able to make a new topic due to an error . I was able to fix this problem thanks. But now
for the real problem 100gb of games to be downloaded on 7mbs internet that limits to 1 gb per hour per device.
