    Xbox deleted games when I clicked “pause update”


    hey, I was updating fortnite earlier and I clicked pause update because and it didn’t move. Xbox then deleted both fortnight and another game steep which I wanted to update and is now making re- download them all with my shocking two megabytes a second Wi-Fi
    speed with sixty gigabyte download overall. can someone help

    I need help connecting to xbox live

    I fixed it myself, first I deleted all my accounts which I don't think I needed then I clicked on connect to xbox live and a update appeared and I continued with the update then I downloaded my profile when it was done and it worked Xbox deleted games when I clicked “pause update” :)

    My installed game disappeared

    my installed game needed an update... after prompting the consol prompted me with view in store... at that screen it showed progress and a pause symbol and an x.... I clicked the x as I thought it would close the screen... this uninstalled my digital copy...
    other than spending hours reinstalling does anyone have suggestions

    Just happend tonite for me i was just doing the new update which was 65gb for some reason so i tried pausing it but it wouldnt pause then i clicked cancel all which deleted the game of my hard drive ive bought it already but no game is showing up even if i click into it all it says is that ive the dlcs installed but the game is completely disappeared

    Maybe your Xbox is thinking the game is incomplete when you turn it off, and deletes the game
    No, no pause. No shutdown. Simply gone.

    oh god i have done this many times, if you cancel update it cancels whole game as like when you install for the first time always go to whole game queue and click pause all to prevent deleting it off your system or hard drive

    You can click on Pause All if you go on queue when you update or download any games or updates. You will see on this screec Cancel ALL button and Pause ALL button.
