    Xbox deleted everything off itself


    The day before yesterday my Internet was out for two days. When the power came back on my Xbox said I needed to update so I updated it. When it turned back on all my profiles were deleted besides one which was saved on an external memory. So I went to my
    storage and all of the files on the Xbox itself say's it has nothing in them. When I tried re-downloaded an account it wouldn't let me do it on the Xbox itself I had to do it on the external memory. Also along with this it tells me my disc can't be read but
    the past two days iv been playing iv had no problems with it.

    I’m off out now so in case I miss your reply:

    If you have not deleted the update file and with everything else deleted as above; try deleting the update file itself from settings, memory, Halo 4 etc.

    When you re-enter the game it should prompt you to download the update again.

    same issue, tried everything from manual restart, doing it through the xbox itself, and even tried to delete and re-add my account. Now my account cant get back on because it........cant sign in....still. I just wanted to play some xbox on my day off man..

    Xbox 360 turns on and off by itself at all times of the day and night. Its never been dropped or messed with in anyway at all. the power cord is working it goes from orange to green but the xbox itself just seems to go on and off. Have you had this problem
    before? I have wiped everything there is to be wiped i have it off the ground everything has been done, can anyone help?
