Xbox Day One Controller RB already done?!?!?!

I had to come here and post that Im extremely disappointed with the hardware quality with XBOX ONE. My Day one controller already has a button that is toast. I love how all the xbox one hype was saying they goal was to improve design and make things better!
Well, I say fail. My xbox 360 controllers are still kicking... Ive used them for at least 5 years and all button and controls still work.

Lesson learned. What did I get from day one?

1. dealt with buggy console.

2. Obviously received inferior QA and inferior components

I feel that Microsoft should be forced to make hardware from xbox 360 fully functional on ONE.

Xbox day one controller LB wobbles, and makes odd noises.

Xbox day one controller LB wobbles, and makes odd noises. I also notice that the second controller I just got (Non day one, The LB, and RB actually makes a "click" and feels like it works better than my day one controller.

Is their a way I can get a Replacement day one controller If I pay to ship this sucker in, and get it replaced with a new Day one controller? It's a bummer if that's a no.
