Xbox Day One Achievement Not Showing on Account

I just redeemed my Xbox Day One achievement card, it confirmed that I had it on my account, and support chat confirmed the same. However I cannot see the achievement anywhere, and when compared to others that have it, it still shows locked for me.

I have delete and re-added my profile, done the Alternate MAC clearing and the persistent storage clearing. Nothing seems to change this.

The support forum linked by support chat ( Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. ) is locked so no new threads can be made.

Is there a known solution for this yet? It seems like this should be fixed as we are already approaching the one year anniversary of the console.

Day One achievement not showing on Xbox One?

i have the day one achievement but it's not showing on my achievements.

Is there a reason for this?

 

Achievements Missing

The other day I was browsing through my achievements on Xbox One and noticed that certain groups are not showing up. Mostly app-based ones (Netflix, Hulu) but the one in particular I was mostly bummed about was my Day One achievement
for purchasing a Day One 2013 Xbox One. Any idea as to why this is?
