    So my xbox was stuck on the troubleshooting screen for a while so I tried turning it off and on and unplugged and plugged in the power cord and since nothing was working I had decided to click on the button to reset my xbox and keep my games but when I would click it I was just brought back to the troubleshooting screen.After trying that for a while I clicked in the actual factory reset but I would just be brought back tk the same troubleshooting screen. I was getting very irritated so I had just left my xbox unplugged overnight and when I had plugged it back in my xbox had factory reset itself so I sign in with my email(yes its the correct email and it is the ONLY email or account I had ever used for my xbox) and I lost all my games and my game pass subscription I had literally bought maybe 3 or 4 days ago. I contacted customer service but was just dismissed as someone who forgot the correct email linked to those purchases. Really sad that my saved games are gone was just wondering ifnthere anyway at all to get my stuff back.

    I appreciate the help Lucas but my subscription isn't popping up on both pages.The lady from customer support had accesed my account and even said that there was no purchases linked to the account.

    I’m having pretty much the same issue every trying time I try to get into Vanguard and I even tried another game it’s telling me to sign on with the account I purchased it with and I already am I even did the troubleshooting that didn’t work even reset of my modem and that didn’t work. I went on Microsoft on my phone and went to old order history and it shows my purchase in there but that still doesn’t help me. And I can’t even get in contact with Support

    Did all of this just happened or it happened like yesterday or a few days ago?

    I ask because Xbox is having a major server issue right now and a lot of users are complaining that nothing is working: downloads, DLCs, purchases.

    So if all of this just happened, I'd recommend you to wait a few hours until Xbox servers get normal again.
